Preamble
C1.1
This Code of Ethics sets out the basic ethical principles that Sharing Projects Community and its Members and Partners must accept and include in their considerations.
C1.2
Based on Sharing Projects Community’s collective experience, establishing and strengthening relations with Partnerships and collaboration with experts Consultants is key to achieving common development goals.
C1.3
Since Sharing Projects Community, its Members and Consultants can mutually influence the public’s perception of themselves, they are aware of the important responsibility they have in acting publicly, and they must do so in ways that enhance public trust and credibility, never the other way around.

General principles
C2.1
Accountability
Sharing Projects Community, its Partners and Consultants should be accountable to their international partners, to their staff, to their donors, to the public and to each other for their contributions to international development and their stewardship of resources.
C2.2
Transparency
Sharing Projects Community, its Partners and Consultants should communicate freely and accurately with their partners, donors, the public and each other.
C2.3
Fairness
Sharing Projects Community, its Partners and Consultants must practice and promote equity and justice in all their activities.
C2.4
Cooperation
Sharing Projects Community, its Partners and Consultants must cooperate with each other to promote involvement in common development.

Organizational principles
Sharing Projects Community, its Partners and Consultants should ensure that these General Principles are incorporated into their structure, self-governance and/or organization.

Development principles
Development should foster and promote the full realization of Human Rights and fundamental freedoms. To reach this goal, development should:

Satisfy the mutual needs of each party involved;
C4.2
Be people-centered, both in purpose and in the distribution of benefits;
C4.3
Both parties must work together to create a relationship of mutual respect and cooperation that is beneficial to both parties;
C4.4
Reflect the concerns, perspectives and experiences of people and enable them to realize their full goals;
C4.5
Respect the cultural and spiritual integrity of all peoples;
C4.6
Recognize the dangers of conflict and promote peaceful solutions to conflicts at all levels;
C4.7
Promote solutions that connect interests and solve shared problems
C5
Partnership/Consultancies principles
For the purpose of this section, “partnership” refers to general relations between Sharing Projects Community and other Companies or Organizations.
“Consultants” are individual experts involved by Sharing Projects Community in its projects.
With each one of them a written mutual agreement must be established, committing each subject to operate for a set of agreed principles and actions.
This document can also be implemented with other agreements, papers, procedures and quotations for successive involvements.
C5.1
Partnerships and Consultations should be vehicles for long-term mutual accompaniment, supporting the right of all members to determine and carry out activities that promote their own activity;
C5.2
Partnerships and Consultancies should always respect fair distribution of profits;
C5.3
Partnerships and Consultancies should be built on shared visions and goals, involving mutual support and solidarity, beyond the implementation of specific programs and projects;

Partnerships and Consultancies should commit to fair quotas and objective behaviors;
C5.5
Partnerships and Consultancies should be dynamic relationships based on respect and honesty, where partners strive to better understand and appreciate each other;

Partners, Consultants and all colleagues should be transparent and accountable to each other;
C5.7
Partners, Consultants and all colleagues should respect each other’s autonomy and constraints and commit to fostering a climate of mutual trust in all collaborative activities;

Partners, Consultants and all colleagues should commit to learning from each other and to facilitating knowledge sharing
